The Minister of Finance and Cordinating of the Economy, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala was seen laughing and explaining
certain things to APC leaders which includes Senator Kabiru Gaya, kano state governor; Rabiu Kwankwaso and
Ibrahim Shekarau.
